Drawing on my military background as a Human Resources Specialist, I understand how overwhelming it can be to enter a new role. Experiencing this transition firsthand has given me insight into the emotions individuals often face. Many encounter culture shock, uncertainty about the future, and the challenge of finding stability amid change.

With 4 years of experience in the human resources field, I will protect and maximize your benefits. Consider me your dedicated officer, here to enforce your rights and ensure you transition into success.

I have developed my professional experience primarily through customer service. I have honed my ability to work effectively with people and to provide a high standard of hospitality to ensure a seamless experience. Through this work, I have gained a strong understanding of my customers’ needs.

In my military role, I supported personnel by onboarding new team members, coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with payroll, supporting promotions, and performing a variety of additional administrative and support functions.

My subsequent role in human resources involved documenting vendor enrollment plans and ensuring that employees and their families were properly enrolled in the appropriate benefits. In my current position, I serve as a primary point of contact for employees who do not fully understand their benefits or who wish to explore how I can assist them and their families in maximizing their coverage.

Education:

I enrolled at Midlands Technical College in 2019 to begin my studies in Marketing. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I transitioned to online coursework in Business Administration at Arizona State University. I am currently in my final semester for my associate degree and have approximately one year remaining to complete my bachelor’s degree. I am scheduled to participate in commencement in December 2026.
